Fantastic service and the time spent exploring various choices by both Mike and the manager Mike was great. This was our second trip since my son bought a bathroom in December. The customer service was friendly, and the delivery was quick. I’d definitely recommend them!

I needed a new bath panel, so I returned to where I originally bought it. I chatted with Customer Services and laid out my problem. Even though I made the purchase 5 years back, I was able to get an exact match and completed the payment in just a few minutes. The staff member was polite, friendly, and professional, which is pretty rare these days. Big thanks for making this a smooth transaction. The panel showed up 2 days later, just like I expected. A+++++

At Bathshop 321, the folks I interacted with were super helpful, and everything I needed was taken care of. The delivery showed up on the requested date, November 14, but one item was missing; it came the next day, though. The products I got—like the toilet, bath, shower screen, taps, and thermostat shower control—are just fantastic!
